Permanent Jewelry Policy

In-studio appointments (East Stroudsburg PA, 18302)! Get zipped at one of my events.

• AppoiNTMENT only! no walk-ins

• a non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to reseRVE YOUR appoINTMENT.

• We operate from a home-based studio, styled to give you a boutique- like experience.

• Studio address will be shared after appoiNTMENT is confirmed. 

• we currently do not offer permanent jewelry to anyone under 12. minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

• Please be aware that restroom access is not available in the studio space. We kindly ask that you use the restroom before arriving for your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling (In-Studio)

• 48-Hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• cancellations made with less than 48 hour's notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service, charged to your saved card on file. 

• no-call/no shows appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 

• running late? we totally understand that life happens! if you're running late, please reach out immediatelY. We'll always do out best to accommodate you.  

• however, if you're more than 10 mitutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your service depending on the schedule. in that case, you will still be responsible for 50% of the service fee as time has been reserved just for you. 

Private Parties

• in-studio private parties are limited to 4 guest.

• mobile parties (i come to you) require a minimum of 5 guest, and all guest must make a purchase. 

• NON-REFUNDABLE $65 depoist is required to reserve your date. this will be applied TO YOUR final balance. 

• Travel within 35 minutes of my home (east stroudsburg pa,18302) is included. Please note: my travel fee schedule is based on distance, time, and current fuel costs. travel fees may be adjusted periodically to reflect actuL INCREASES IN FUEL AND VEHICLE OPERATING COSTS. 

  -36-60 minutes= $55+ travel fee

  -61-90 minutes= $70+ travel fee

  -90+ minutes=Email to inquire

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Private Parties)

• Appointments must be confimed no later THAN 8 days from your scheduled party.

• Cancellation within 7 days of your party will result in foreiture of the deposit.

• same day cancellation will incur a $162 fee (equivalent to half the cost of the 5 guest party minimum).

• reschedules must be made at least 8 days before the event to transfer the depoist.

• event duration is limited to 2 hours.

14k Gold Filled Care Tips

14k gold filled is water-safe and tarnish resistant but still needs gentle care:

• keep it clean: clean using warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth or brush. rinse well and pat dry.

• protect your jewelry from harsh chemicals, lotions, oils, perfumes, or chlorine. these can cause build up or fading over time.

• rinse after sweating: sweat can speed up tarnshing. rines after sweATING OR WORKOUTS AND PAT DRY.

• BE MINDFUL OF SNAGGING OR TUGGING THE CHAIN AS IT CAN CASUE DAMAGE. REMEMBER CHAINS AND CHARMS ARE DAINTY. 

925 Sterling Silver Care Tips

Sterling silver is durable but naturally oxidizes (darken) over time, especially when exposed to air and moisture.

• clean frequently using a polishing cloth or gentle dish soap and water weekly. rinse well and pat dry thoroughly. 

• protect your jewelry from harsh chemicals, lotions, oils, perfumes, or chlorine. these can cause build up or fading over time.

• store dry (if removed): if you ever break the jump ring or plan on removing it, PLEASE STORE it in an airtight bag with anti-tarnish strips to prevent oxidation.

keep your permanet jewelry clean at all times and protect your peice from chemcails, lotions, perfumes, sunscreen, or chlorine. 

This can dull the shine and weaken your chain over time.

• be careful during activites that chains are under high friction, tugging, pulling, or snagging. While chains are secure, repeated pressure or pulling can cause breakage.

• everyone’s skin is different- things like sweat, ph levels, medications, or pregnancy can affect how your jewelry reacts. if you see oxidation, follow the cleaning tips.

• charms need love too- clean charms the same way as your chain to keep sparkling and also be mindful of your activity to not cause breackage. 

Disclaimer

permanent jewelry is designed to be dainty and delicate. once the piece is custom-fitted and welded, it becomes your resposibility to care for and maintain it.

7-Day Re-Weld Warranty (BWG Jewelry)

BWG Jewelry offers a 7-day limited warranty on all permanent jewelry pieces.

If your welded jewelry detaches within 7 days of your appointment, you are eligible for one free re-weld, under the following conditions:

• You must bring back the original chain in order to receive the re-weld at no charge.

• The warranty covers weld failure only — meaning if the welded jump ring opened or broke due to a defect in the weld.

• The re-weld must be scheduled and completed within the 7-day window from your original appointment.

 This warranty does not cover:

• Lost chains

• Stretched, broken, or damaged chains

• Damage caused by pulling, snagging, improper wear, or external force

• Any charms or connectors (these are final sale and not eligible for repair or replacement)

• Damage from water, chemicals, friction, or physical activities

Lost Chain & Missing Piece Policy

BWG Jewelry provides a limited 7‑day warranty for re‑welding in the event of a weld failure. This warranty is strictly contingent upon the client presenting the original chain at the time of re‑weld.

If the original chain is not available, or if the chain has been lost, stolen, discarded, or otherwise rendered unavailable, BWG Jewelry bears no obligation to replace, repair, or re‑weld the item at no cost. In such cases, any replacement chain or reinstallation shall be treated as a new purchase at full retail price, including any applicable labor or re‑weld fees.

This policy applies to all components of permanent jewelry, including but not limited to chains, jump rings, connectors, and charms. BWG Jewelry expressly disclaims liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced jewelry due to misuse, negligence, improper care, accidents, or third‑party actions.

By booking and receiving services from BWG Jewelry, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.

After the 7-day period or if the piece was damaged (not a weld issue), a standard re-weld fee will apply. Clients are responsible for the full replacement cost if the jewelry is lost or too damaged to reattach.

All sales are final and No refunds!

Please be mindful that:

• we are not responsible for lost, broken, or daMAGED chains or charms after the service is completed.

• mishandling, improper care, or accidents may cause breakage. 

• we do not offer refunds or replaCEMENTS for broken, stretched, or lost chains or charms. 

• if your chain breaks at the jump ring weld site, we're happy to repair it free of charge within 7-days of your appoiNTMENT. additional repairs after that time frame will incur a fee.
