Shipping & Returns Policy
At BWG Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Most orders are shipped via USPS.
All packages come with tracking information and price to accommodate this. This is a Nonnegotiable fee, as it protects our small business from false claims and provides you with package security.
Shipping Policy
Shipping timelines indicated below do not include processing times for your order. Delivery times are estimates and do not guarantee delivery dates or times.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons, holidays, weekends, or scheduled shop closures (such as vacations) processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak times (holidays, sales, or product launches), processing may take longer.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $100+.
Orders under $100: Flat rate $7 shipping.
Expedited Shipping available for $35 (1 business day once shipped).
Standard delivery: 3–7 (estimated time) business days depending on location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier; please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, BWG Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
If a package is returned to BWG Jewelry due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
We are not responsible for any delays by the carrier’s delivery. Delivery times are estimates and do not guarantee delivery dates or times.
We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS or other carriers. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office or carrier and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS/CARRIER. We cannot replace your package because it was lost or damaged, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.
Return Policy
All Sales Final
•All purchases are final sale.
BWG Jewelry does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or normal wear and tear.
BWG Jewelry strives to provide clear product images and accurate descriptions for every item. By purchasing, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed all available product details before checkout. Slight variations in color, tone, finish, or size due to photography or screen settings do not constitute defects.
BWG Jewelry reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the claim is based on a misunderstanding of product description, images, or policies that were clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Exceptions to All Sales Final
A return or refund will only be approved if the item is:
•Damaged or defective upon arrival
•Materially different from the product description.
“Materially different” means that the product does not reasonably match what was described or shown on the website.
Slight variations in color, finish, size, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not considered defects.
Return
1. Customers must contact BWG Jewelry at info@bwgfashion.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
2. The request must include the order number, photos of the item, and a clear description of the issue.
3. BWG Jewelry will review and respond within 7 business days.
4. If approved, detailed instructions for returning the item will be provided.
Important: All approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of authorization. Returns not shipped within this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping
•Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
•BWG Jewelry does not provide prepaid return labels.
•Items must be returned in original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.
Refunds & Store Credit
•Refunds or store credit are only issued if the above exceptions apply and the return is approved.
•Refunds (if approved) are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
•If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection minus the original shipping cost I covered.
•Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
•Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
•In certain cases, BWG Jewelry may issue store credit instead of a refund.
•Store credit may be offered in place of a refund at BWG Jewelry’s discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
•Custom-made, engraved, or altered jewelry.
•Items showing signs of wear, damage from misuse, or improper care.
•Returns requested outside of the 7-day notification period.

•Product Images & Descriptions: BWG Jewelry strives to display all products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in photography, lighting, and screen resolution, actual items may differ slightly from images. Minor variations do not qualify as defects.
•Jewelry Care: Customers are responsible for proper care of their jewelry. Damage due to misuse, chemicals, water, or improper storage is not covered.
•Agreement to Policy: By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this Policy & Shipping & Returns Policy.
Important Considerations
Final Sale: All sales are final; we do not offer refunds.
Approval: Store credit for defective items is issued at our discretion upon reviewing the defect.
Exclusions: Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care are not considered defective and are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation.
Damages reported after the 7-day window may be denied at our sole discretion.
If a damaged item is sent back without prior contact and approval, it will be refused, and no refund, exchange, or store credit will be provided.
