At BWG Jewelry, we are committed to offering high-quality jewelry designed to be stylish, durable, and timeless. We take pride in showing detailed photos and accurate descriptions of our products.
1. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs.
Slight variations in color, finish, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or device screen resolution. These variations are not considered defects.
All jewelry is crafted with care and materials as described (18k gold-plated stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, cubic zirconia stones, etc.).
BWG Jewelry strives to provide clear product images and accurate descriptions for every item. By purchasing, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed all available product details before checkout. Slight variations in color, tone, finish, or size due to photography or screen settings do not constitute defects.
BWG Jewelry reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the claim is based on a misunderstanding of product description, images, or policies that were clearly stated at the time of purchase.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
BWG Jewelry reserves the right to adjust prices, sales, or promotions at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods at checkout.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times typically range from 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once your order has shipped.
4. Shipping
BWG Jewelry currently ships only within the United States.
Shipping times vary by location and carrier. BWG Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Exceptions apply only if an item is damaged, defective, or materially different from its description. See our full Shipping & Returns Policy.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. BWG Jewelry is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Customers are responsible for the proper care of their jewelry. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage is not covered under our policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, branding, and designs, is the intellectual property of BWG Jewelry and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
BWG Jewelry is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or issues caused by misuse or improper care of jewelry.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BWG Jewelry’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Policy Updates
BWG Jewelry reserves the right to update or revise these policies at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Important Notes
Product Images & Descriptions: BWG Jewelry strives to display all products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in photography, lighting, and screen resolution, actual items may differ slightly from images. Minor variations do not qualify as defects.
Jewelry Care: Customers are responsible for proper care of their jewelry. Damage due to misuse, chemicals, water, or improper storage is not covered.
Agreement to Policy: By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
Permanent Jewelry Policy
1. Overview
BWG Jewelry’s permanent jewelry is a custom, non-refundable service performed in person. Each piece is measured, cut, and welded to fit the client perfectly.
Once the service has begun — defined as the moment the selected chain is measured and/or cut — the full cost applies, and no refunds or partial credits will be issued for any reason.
All clients must sign a service waiver before their appointment, confirming they:
Understand the welding process
Have reviewed and approved the selected chain
Accept the permanent nature of the service
Agree to all terms stated here and in booking confirmation
2. Deposits & Payments
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all in-studio appointments
A $65 non-refundable deposit is required for all pop-up events and private parties
All deposits are applied to the final balance due
Processing fees apply to all appointments and invoices
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
If the welding service has begun, the full price of the selected chain applies, regardless of whether the service is completed
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment or event
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours will be charged 60% of the scheduled service total
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in a 100% charge
BWG Jewelry reserves the right to cancel or shorten late appointments without refund
If an event (e.g., salon collaboration, private party) is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. An invoice will be sent and must be paid within 24 hours.
4. Pop-Up Events
Pop-up events include 2 hours of service time
A minimum purchase of 6 bracelets is required per event
If fewer than 6 bracelets are sold, the host will be charged a $130 setup/travel fee
Travel within 35 minutes of East Stroudsburg, PA is included
Additional travel fees apply beyond that range
A $65 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date
5. Private Parties
Private parties include 2 hours of service time
A minimum of 6 bracelets must be purchased to qualify for hosting
If the minimum is not met, the host is financially responsible for paying the difference up to the 6-bracelet minimum
A $65 non-refundable deposit is required when booking
Any additional time or special setup must be pre-approved and may incur extra fees
6. Repairs, Re-Welds & Warranty
BWG Jewelry offers a 7-day weld warranty from the date of service
After 7 days, re-welds are available for:
$15 for returning BWG Jewelry clients
$25 for clients with jewelry welded elsewhere
Lost chains, charms, or connectors are not covered under any warranty
Chains broken due to snagging, pulling, misuse, or neglect are not covered
Any service beyond the warranty window is subject to standard re-weld or replacement pricing
7. Behavior, Safety & Age Requirements
All clients must follow safety instructions during the welding process
BWG Jewelry reserves the right to refuse or stop service at any time due to:
Disruptive or unsafe behavior
Unsanitary conditions
Situations deemed unfit for welding
Permanent jewelry is not available for children under 12
Clients aged 13–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will:
Sign a consent form on site
Remain present for the entire appointment
8. Chargebacks, Disputes & Refunds
All payments and deposits are final
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving service will be treated as fraudulent activity
BWG Jewelry will provide the payment processor with:
Signed waivers
Receipts
Time-stamped photos
Proof of completed service
Any questions or concerns should be addressed directly to BWG Jewelry for resolution
9. Acknowledgment & Policy Enforcement
Important Notice: By booking a service, submitting an inquiry, or hosting an event with BWG Jewelry, you acknowledge and agree to all standard terms and conditions listed here, and in your booking confirmation, invoice, or waiver.
All clients, hosts, and event partners are responsible for reviewing these policies in full prior to the appointment or event. Failure to review the policy does not exempt any person or business from compliance.
BWG Jewelry reserves the right to enforce all terms and refuse service to any individual or host who violates these conditions.
These policies may be updated at any time. The version posted on www.BWGFashion.com/policy at the time of booking will be considered binding.
These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
